I founded Prowess Project with the goal to connect businesses with an untapped workforce. We have certified our talent remote work, project management and empathic communication because we believe that these are the true skills busy business owners need. In these unprecedented times we are seeing this now more than ever.

Our Mission

At Prowess Project, we saw two problems in the workforce. First, employers needing operational and empathy expertise to execute on plans. Second, educated and qualified women pausing their careers, many to become caretakers and then struggle to return to the workforce.
